Your massage therapy session is customized to your needs and goals.  I will do my best to ensure your goals are met for your session. This is a professional environment where draping is mandatory. 

I believe in a holistic approach to massage therapy. With focused and meaningful work, deep healing and pain relief can be achieved.  My approach and style is based in functionality. Helping your body be more mobile, more flexible, and most importantly, more functional. 

I believe therapeutic massage is an important part for bringing harmony to the whole person. Therapeutuc massage may use a combination of modalities/training to achieve your goals. The benefits of relieving body pain with consistent massage therapy can aid in long term, positive health. Allow massage therapy to enhance your level of well-being.

*I DO NOT Accept Health Insurance. I DO ACCEPT HSA & FSA CARDS FOR PAYMENT.  An Invoice can be provided for you, if you need to submit one to your Health Insurance Provider for reimbursement.

*IF YOU OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOME ARE EXPERIENCING ANY TYPE OF COLD, ILLNESS, OR INFECTION IT IS BEST TO WAIT UNTIL YOU OR THEM HAVE FULLY RECOVERED TO BOOK A MASSAGE. This is to ensure the office stays free of infection and that other clients remain free from infection. It is very much appreciated and I thank you in advance for your understanding.

*There is a 24 hour and a Same Day Cancellation Policy. A $75 late cancel fee for cancellations after 24 hours. Same Day Cancellations & No Shows will be charged for the FULL SERVICE AMOUNT of your scheduled appointment. 

Please respect that your scheduled appointment time is also the time of the therapist. Payment for late cancels and no shows is required so that I may continue to provide high quality, therapeutic services in my Independent Practice.

  • THERAPEUTIC MASSAGES

    All Therapeutic Massages are customized to the guest. 

    Please Note if you are redeeming a Gift Certificate for your appointment. Please list the Gift Certificate number in the notes section when booking your appointment. 
    • 30 Minute Massage $60
      For focus to one or two areas.
    • 60 Minute Massage $125
      Customized to the guest. May Add-On Reflexology for no additional charge or Cupping treatment for an additional charge of $10. Add-On is done within treatment time.
    • 75 Minute Massage $140
      Like a few extra minutes for your massage?! Enjoy more time for your customized massage therapy session. More time equals enhanced wellbeing
    • 90 Minute Massage $160
      For clients in need of additional time to focus chronic areas for enhanced wellbeing.

  • CUSTOM THERAPY~ HEADACHE/ MIGRAINE / SINUS RELIEF

    These specialized, holistic treatments focus on relief from Headache / Migraine / Sinuses. Incorporating therapeutic massage with acupressure and Aromatherapy(Panacea from Sobotanical Apothecary-Aromatherapy), which is optional,  to help clear congestion. Acupressure targeting specific points to help relieve pain and tension in the cranium, neck, and upper back. *Neuromuscular treatment does not include the aromatherapy. *Please click on the treatment to see further details. 
    • Tension-Migraine Therapy $100
      This specialized, holistic treatment focuses on relief from Tension-Migraines. Incorporating therapeutic massage with acupressure that targets the around the eyes, forehead, temples, neck, and upper back. Aromatherapy(Panacea from Sobotanical Apothecary-Aromatherapy), which is optional.
    • Headache & Sinus Therapy $100
      This specialized, holistic treatment focuses on relief from Headache and Sinus pressure/congestion. Incorporating therapeutic massage with acupressure and Aromatherapy(Panacea from Sobotanical Apothecary-Aromatherapy), which is optional,  to help clear congestion. 
    • Neuromuscular Therapy $100
      This specialized treatment focuses on relief from nerve pain in the cranium and cervical spine. Incorporating neuromuscular techniques, which includes trigger point,  with acupressure. 

    • ADD-ON THERAPY

      You can Add-On these services to a 60 minute or 90 Minute Massage. 
      • Add-On Warm Stones $10
        May be added on to a 60 Minute or 90 Minute Massage.  The Add-On is done within the treatment time.
      • Add-On Cupping $10
        May ONLY be Added-on to a 60 Minute, 75Minute or 90 Minute Therapeutic Massage. The Add-On is done within the treatment time.
      • Add-On Soothing Hand Therapy $10
        May be added on to a 60 Minute or 90 Minute Massage. The Add-On is done within the treatment time.
      • Add-On Soothing Foot Therapy $10
        May be added on to a 60 Minute or 90 Minute Massage.  The Add-On is done within the treatment time. 
      • Add-On Reflexology Free
        Reflexology is done within the treatment time. 

  • CUPPING AND REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENTS

    *These treatments can be added in to a 60 Minute or 90 Minute Massage. The treatments are done within the treatment time. There is no charge for adding in Reflexology. There is a $10 charge for adding on Cupping. Please see the specific Treatment for cost details.

    • Cupping $80
      This Treatment can be added into a 60 Minute or 90 Minute Massage for $10. If adding into a massage, the treatment is done with the time frame of your massage. *Please Note that areas where cups are placed may turn very red and leave marks which may take up to a week or week and half to go away.
    • Reflexology $80
      This Treatment can be added into a 60 Minute or 90 Minute Massage for no additional charge. Add-On treatment done within treatment time. Warm towels are used on the feet before and after the treatment.

  • REPLENISH PROGRAM

    The Replenish Program is intended to enhance mind/body relief through therapeutic massage and meditation. It is designed to help you receive positive healing both physically and mentally. This program is for those who need to replenish their bodies as well as their minds.*Please contact therapist before paying for this service. 
    This program is a monthly commitment for a minimum of 6 months. It entails (4) 60 Minute Massages for $299/a month with Guided Meditation. Including (1) Complimentary Add-On per massage. The complimentary Add-On's are Warm Stones, Cupping, a Soothing Hand Treatment, or a Soothing Foot Treatment. Please note these Add-Ons are complimentary ONLY with the Replenish Program.

      The Replenish Program is a combination of healing therapeutic massage and a guided healing meditation. This program is to help you become more present, and aware of the mind/body connection to enhance your wellbeing.

      This Package is great if you prefer focus to a specific area. Also if time is limited and a quick pick me up session is needed. 
    • REJUVENATION PACKAGE~ 3 PACK OF 60 Minute $340
      Rejuvenate with this 60Minute Package. Customized to your massage therapy goals. 
    • REVITALIZING~3 PACK OF 75 Minute $385
      Regain peace of mind and reinvigorate your well-being with this package.
    • WELLNESS PACKAGE~ 3 PACK OF 90 Minute $445
      This 90 Minute package allows for additional time to focus on your concern areas and is great to ADD-ON Reflexology or Cupping. 

    • PACKAGE ADD-ON'S

      You may Add these treatments to your package. Add-On therapies are done within the time frame of the massage therapy session.
      • Cupping Add-On~ Gift Certificate $10
        This Add-on is a great way to experience this ancient treatment which will help to relieve congestion in those stagnant areas that are in need of a clearing.
        MUST BE PART OF A MASSAGE. NOT DONE AS AN INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT.  There is a separate Full Cupping Treatment available for scheduling. 
      • Warm Stones~Gift Certificate $10
        This Add-on treatment is a great enhancement to your session. The warm stones, that are smooth and heated are used on the area or areas that may need more attention and focus. MUST BE PART OF A MASSAGE. NOT DONE AS AN INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT. 
      • Soothing Foot Therapy ~ GC $10
        A great treatment to soothe achy, tight, and tense feet.  MUST BE PART OF A MASSAGE. NOT DONE AS AN INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT. 
      • Soothing Hand Therapy ~ GC $10
        A great treatment for arthritis, achiness, and tension/pain in the Hands. MUST BE PART OF A MASSAGE. NOT DONE AS AN INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT.
